The accommodation is in the heart of Consalvo Estate, in the quiet of tuscan “Maremma“.The name of the estate "Consalvo" is that of its ancient owner, a Spanish general Consalvo da Cordova, who fought and won battles for the King of Spain Ferdinando II(1494-1504). Beach is only 20 minutes away and you can enjoy countryside peace. You can walk for hours within the estate with the chance of meeting wild boars, roe deer, fallow deer, fawns, foxes, porcupines, squirrels, martens, woodcocks, partridges, etc. Weather is generally nice and rain is extremely rare . Inside Consalvo Estate you can play tennis, ping-pong, soccer table and have tourist flights from air strip, and in autumn hunting in game preserve. Near Consalvo Estate you can go for a ride (1 km) or for thermal bath in Caldana (19 km) or you can go to the beach (22 km) or play golf at “Il Pelagone” golf course (30km) or “Punta Ala” (45 km). The farmhouse Consalvo was originally built in the XVII century and have been recently restored with the typical wood beamed ceilings, exposed structural stone arches and cool red cotto floors.
Arrival and departure: arrival time is on Saturday afternoon from 15.00 to 19.00. Departure on Saturday possibly within 10.00 o’clock. Security deposit on arrival: 100€ for San Francesco Apartment and 200€ for San Giovanni apartment.

The apartments are two : San Francesco with an area of 120 square meters, three double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom. It is possible to add two large double rooms and a bathroom. San Giovanni with an area of 250 square meters (m2), four double rooms, two bathrooms, a living room at the first floor, a large kitchen and dining room and bathroom at ground floor. On requested it is possible to add a single bed room and large living room (120 m2) at ground floor. Laundry and games room are in the rear of the house. The apartments have a garden with all space you need to sunbathe and barbecue. The Kitchen equipping and beds are new.

The Estate Consalvo is at the south boundary of Pisa Province, on the Colline Metallifere, where the Maremma begins. The nearest town is Suvereto at 8 km and the supermarket and railway station are at Venturina, at 19 km away. If you like to play golf you can go to Scarlino (30 km) or Punta Ala (45 km) The sea and famous seaside resort like Follonica, San Vincenzo, Donoratico, Baratti, are about 25 km away and Punta Ala at 40 km. If you want to visit isola d’ Elba and other Tuscan islands the ferry–boat leaves from Piombino (30 Km). Florence and Pisa are within 1.5 hrs driving and you are in the ideal position to explore the territory of the mysterious Etruscan culture. The estate has his own airstrip for small aircraft,(1 Km long) and we can organize tourist flight for the customers. The nearest airport for airline flight is Pisa at 88 Km.
